What does lifetime warranty on the stitches mean?

If the seams on the garment split, we will repair or replace it. The warranty is not valid if the seam has split due to mechanical damage, such as tears or cuts due to sharp edges or tools. Nor is the warranty valid if the fabric of the garment is otherwise worn out.

What is JPEG image format?

JPEG is an image format that is used on the Internet and is suitable for working with in Microsoft Office, for example. The images are low-resolution in order to take up as little space as possible and are not suitable for offset printing.We need your logo in JPEG format in order to transfer it to needlework mashine format.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery time varies to which country the delivery is planned and the order that you give us. If the garment is to be branded or embroidered it may take about a week longer than this.

Is there a way for me to have my own designed work wear?

Actually you can have your own designed work wear in Mohafezat. It   is enough   to send us your design images one from front and the other from back of the work wear in JPEG format then our pattern designers draw   it then you have your own designed work wear.
